On a beautiful Sunday recently, we were lucky enough to be invited to go with "the boy", his mom, and several of his cousins on a walk to support a charity. It was a great 5 K hike. Afterwards, there were hamburgers (see below), dilly bars, and even a cupcake or two! It was great fun.
When we got back, of course there were lots of kids playing soccer in the field behind us. The boy was anxious to try out all the balls (and all the waterbottles - especially the one with the basketball on top!) So now we have explored basketball, baseball, and soccer - only the dreaded "v" ball left to try! Which one is his favourite so far? I don't think there is any question.
