Ok,here is blast from the past. I am just practising creating a blog post using my iPad, in preparation for our trip.  Still haven't figured out how to put pics I take with this device to Picasa, but I have figured out to put pics already in Picasa on the blog.  That seems to be the only way to do it now, as I can't upload from where I normally store photos.  Interesting, and somewhat frustrating!

My New Toy

I received a new toy for Christmas -an iPad. While practising and playing with it, I found some Picassa photo albums I didn't know I had!  Here is a very special picture from one of those albums.  How much has changed in 5 short years!  We miss some of these folks SO much.
Hopefully I will soon learn how to put current pictures on the blog from my iPad. Stay tuned.
