A Day At The Zoo

Mom had some surgery, so Grandma and Grandpa got to take the kiddies to the zoo, on a gorgeous August day. This was Grandson's favourite perch, seeing as Grandma and Grandpa didn't know that he IS allowed to stand on the front of the stroller!
Last time we were at this camel slide, there were two cousins with us, and this little lady wasn't part of the group yet.
Who are these cute little chickies?
And of course, what's a trip to the zoo without a walk over the bridge for ice cream? Flavour of choice - bubblegum! The youngest one loved the cone, and did get a few tastes of vanilla. Even grandmothers don't give those under the age of one bubblegum ice cream.
And here is the little one so anxious to crawl, but just unable to get it all together. This reminded me so much of the time I put grapes on the grass to make this little one's aunt crawl. She was just about the same age. So much fun!
Thanks for the great day guys!

This is FANTASTIC! We went for a walk to Grammy's today and he rode on the front of the stroller. Before he got on he said "Mommy I can ride on the front right?" hahaha...had to make sure. Love the video! We keep on trying...she'll get it sooner or later! Thanks again for all your help!
